The tip top stand is designed to be functional and decorative. When tilted up the table can be stored close to a wall
while displaying the top. The top is an oval 14.25" x 22.75" . It stands 27.25" tall.
The legs are joined to the post with sliding dovetails and the top pivots and locks on shopmade brass hardware.
This example is made from solid cherry with a spectacular one-piece curly maple top.
